Dana L. Deaso

Dana L. Deaso is a Boston based attorney who concentrates her practice on Plaintiff’s civil litigation matters, primarily insurance subrogation. Ms. Deaso represents insurance companies and their insured throughout the litigation process in both small claims and civil matters. Ms. Deaso specializes in insurance subrogation, where she travels to courts across the Commonwealth, appearing before judges in both district and superior court.

While attending law school, Ms. Deaso gained experience through multiple internships focusing on various areas of law such as medical malpractice, prisoners’ rights, and personal injury.
